Note about the menu: We’re assuming you could still feed yourself after giving up meat and dairy. You don’t need us to show you how to make an egg white omelet.
So everything below is super tasty, 100% plant-based food and drinks we love (and eat at home!). The more of these you incorporate, the better results you’ll get with your 1k30.
